JOB DESCRIPTION OF STRATEGIC ALLAINC E AND PATNERSHIP MANAGER :
- Individual contributor role, must have experience in managing Channel Partners / Distributors / Online aggregators with at least one of the following: – Direct Sales, Financial Services, Vendor Management for financial products.
- Experience in developing and nurturing the business relationships with Channel Partners, investment advisors, online / offline technology platforms, corporates, etc for acquisition /collaboration
- Responsible for building strong borrowers acquisition with channel partners
- Host and manage product demos for potential online / offline partners and senior representatives of the organizations on regular basis
- Creating product awareness across all financial intermediaries and channel partners
- Coordination with Sales, Operation and Technology team for smooth processing
- Responsible for maintaining, strengthening business relationships and cross selling Products and Solutions.
- Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities within Key Accounts, penetrate new divisions within the organization, develop new direct selling opportunities in new accounts through strategic sales./
- End-to-end on-boarding of partners from lead generation to commercial negotiations, technical integration & closing.
- Responsible for meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly business targets
- Nurture partner relations and give insights on overall business performance and efficient industry practices
- Exploring business opportunities in the e-commerce and fintech space
Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline, MBA in Marketing / Strategic alliances preferable
4-5 years of work experience
Should have good communication and negotiation skills to handle key accounts.
