Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 OS installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Ø Windows 10 OS installation and configuration
Ø Working Knowledge in AD, DNS, DHCP services
Ø Working knowledge in Storage services.
Ø Linux are added advantage
Ø Working knowledge in call center Dialer application Both Inbound and Outbound
Ø Working knowledge in Firewall Sophos to create a rule, VPN, and maintaining the existing firewall rules and policy.
Ø Working knowledge in Call recording Backups and Robo copy
Ø Installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as Bind, Apache, MySQL, nginx, etc.
Ø Ability to build and monitor services on Dialer production servers.
Ø Knowledge of IBM, Dell servers and switches
Ø Should have Min 3 Max 4 Plus years of work experience in windows/linux administration, preferably from Call center services sector.
Ø Communication in English, Tamil & Telugu or Hindi preferable
Ø Coordinate with client for the API and other dialer customization works
Ø Handling the IT Infosec external audit.
Ø Knowledge to know the AWS s3 buckets.
